Regarding refund of my amount from Ola Money

Dear Sir,

This is Jagadish from Hyderabad and my mobile number is 7702149469, here I write to your goodselves that couple of weeks back I have registered with Ola Money, and utilized their Ola cab service on 13th Feb 2020 and paid through ola money for the service utilized. Later on after two days when I tried to login and tried to book a cab it asked to complete KYC. Accordingly I have started finish off the KYC by giving all the details and then a message displayed that it takes 24 hrs to complete KYC Process.

To my surprise after checking 3 days later it say's your KYC Failed and then I tried once again and two days later the same message has appeared. Then decided to withdraw the amount which I have added in Ola Money and for that I tried to login the app and this time very Interestingly, it says "YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED".

Now when I reached customer care they asks us to draft a mail to grievance cell where they will take a decision for repayment of my money and in continuation the Executive was not good in cooperating me in finding solutions but tries to find out my mistakes.

I just want to know will adding payment the process will be done in 5mnts and in same case if I want to withdraw my money then, the Rules and conditions come.
