Sir, I had a ticket for Kochi from Jaipur on 14 April 2020 from bookotrip. She was canceled due to Kovid 19. Earlier the balance was amount in the credit sale and later it was refunded by Indigo. When I spoke to Indigo, they said that we have given the refund only on June 7, you asked your agency. Sir I have not received the refund yet. Please help me
