Refund not made by irctc

Sir,
I have boked ticket on 11 july18 with pnr no 2148283495 & 14 july18
with pnr no 2510144318. On train no 11108 in bundelakhnd express.
Train cancelled, but no refund made by irctc. As have complained many times to irctc no positive response.
As what message I have received on my resistered mobile is

Train No. 11108 of 14/07/2018 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
Train No. 11108 of 11/07/2018 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

Pls do some favourable action.

Dear Shri. Ashutosh
Same thing happened me recently. I have complained through email. I got reply that the train was
not cancelled hence no refund. However, I had received SMS stating that the train is cancelled due to
unavoidable circumstances. Today I again emailed them enclosing the screen shot of SMS received by me. I have also mentioned in mail that if I don not receive the refund, I will be approaching consumer forum as there is deficiency in customer service. I am waiting for reply.
