This is with reference to Subject Matter, RBL Bank is forcing my to Maintain Rs 10.000/- into my Saving account Failing to which a Lien is marked by bank itself & not allowing my Account getting Closed but also levying Rs 590/- every Month. I have not taken Housing Loan, Car Loan, Debit Card, Credit Card but still bank is levying penalty charges of Rs 590/- for NON maintaining of AQB. Even after request for Closer of Account is given but instead of closing account they are more & more interested in levying such charges.
