Myself Mr.Pradip Bhagwan Sonawane From Surat Gujarat State. Actually we booked Santro Sport Model CNG At 26-Nov-2019 with Silicon Hyundai Surat which located at following address with the booking amount and they committed to us delivery within stipulated time as decided by us with mutual consent, but before 3 days they intimate to us we can't able to fulfill our commitment at the last moment. So, we want to raise complaint against the dealership. So, Kindly request to you please register our complaint for the same and please follow necessary action against Silicon Hyundai in context to the same. Further, We also want discussed in context to the rude behavior of delegated person Mr.Sidharth Jain who having apex post(General Manager) in the dealership. Totally Misbehavior by him with customer He Also let us inform either you take any action or not otherwise forward complaint to higher authorities in Hyundai.
