Biggest fraud on earth- everytime snapdeal guys drift away from their words. First I get a call from their social media team offcial saying that return and refund has been arranged for my laptop. And when I asked if its an assurance from snapdeal and she replied, yes its final and I don need to worry. 7 days passed, no reverse pickup details were sent, no replies to my telephonic complaints and complaint mails. And after 7-8 days I get a call from worthless LEKHPAL SHARMA telling that snapdeal never said that they would provide the assured refund.Same day, evening time, another worthless 'TARUN' calls and assures me of rs 2000 freecharge wallet as 50% compensation of my loss after selling the laptop. And today ie 9th oct, 2015 he again calls and says, we cannot provide the compensation. Get lost, I would love to see your organisation decompose, one fine day. hell-deal.com, u r a fraud, cheaters of ecommerce industry. I'll sue u guys in
consumer forum. my online review about the product and snapdeal's pathetic services has never been published online.

Snapdeal's social media team's Senior most executives LEKHPAL SHARMA and TARUN are totally worthless executive persons hired by snapdeal. They think themselves to be senior most employees in the social media team but drift away from their promises. This is the height of non sense of snapdeal guys. After writing daily on their facebook page, they blocked from commenting on their posts. Mr. Lekhpal sharma......Please mind yourself. You are a fake person, Your whole social media team is fake and fraud. Carry on with your cheat business.....U r doing well losing your reputation in market. you have atleast lost 100 customers in my friend circle because of your fraud business tactics

"Buyers, reading this review.....please dont buy any electronics goods from snapdeal. They have just written " easy return policy, no questions asked". rather they ask u alot of questions and have provided further trouble to me to get the job sheet done from lenovo service center, when there are hardware issues with the laptop, y wud I approach lenovo service center and ask them to open my laptop ? Flipkart, amazon never does it like this. return means return. What kind of resolution is this.... ? Snapdeal u are drifting frm your words. please delete that tag " easy return policy, no questions asked " if its not in your limit to do the same.

Coming to the laptop :-

very poor quality keyboard, poor design.
Configuration is good, what good is it when am facing issues with the hardware and snapdeal is adding salt on my wounds. Problem with the touchpad and the battery. Touchpad not working properly. Touch stops responding everytime after few minutes and remains hanged for few seconds which provides very irritating experience. Touchpad is not responding well. This is happening even after installing proper drivers for lenovo touchpad ELAN (drivers)....seems to be a hardware issue. Also there is a major issue with the battery. Battery stops charging after 60% and with the charger on, it says. plugged in, not charging. battery is draining in few mins to lesser percentages.lenovo energy management has also failed to solve this problem."

My answer according to my experience and reply in mail to that answer :

Your post "snapdeal doesnt provide the return on electronics items. 7 days easy return policy is not valid on open sealed branded electronics. Rather you would be
asked to contact the brand manufacturer and get the warranty availed or get the job sheet done that the product is faulty and then god knows if they would approve u for refund or not.better go for amazon or flipkart." needs some work before we can make it live. We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately we could not make your answer live because your answer seems to be biased/we do not allow promotion of other organizations.

How will other customers know about the product quality, purchasing experience, when the genuine reviews are not published. What I understand, snapdeal will always publish the positive reviews to bias the customer, thus keeping him/her in the dark. please try and learn from amazon/flipkart where critical reviews are also
welcomed.

FAKE ORGANISATION. PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. NO CUSTOMER RESOLUTION. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE, SHOPPING FROM SNAPDEAL.

I demand promt action to be taken against your social media team members TARUN, LEKHPAL SHARMA for misleading me with fake assurances and promises and drifting away from their words. These resolution specialists hired by snapdeal are good for nothing. Rather I have been harassed by snapdeal's services, registering complaints every single day telephonically and by mail. These guys dont give any valid reason for not keeping with their assurances and promises and keenly disconnect the call. Readers reading this post, Kindly stay away from snapdeal. Its a fake organisation where a 7 day return policy is nothing but a marketing gimmick played by snapdeal to lure customers.
