poor speed in 3g

i have given N number of complains from past 1
and half month but
still I did not get the solution as u said previously
in email that
your team is working in my area for better network
but it is not about
area because from the different reliance sim card
at the same place I
am getting 3g signals but not with my
8088861333, so please don't say
that your team is working for my solution. As it
some technical isuee
from your system that I am getting poor speed
because you have not
"enabled 3g" for my account. On previous month I
had activated 3G pack
on 14th sept 2014, and I did not get the solution
and given many times
complains but your technicians not bothered to
call me, again I have
given complain on 12th oct for poor speed and did
recharge of 3g also
on 11th oct as u said previously. On 12th I have
given complain which
supposed to resolve till 15th but still this complain
is also pending
and here is that complain 225728015. And again I
have registered the
fresh complain from aplet which is 225940258,
So now what is the meaning of using reliance
service if u can't even
resolve my problem, now this is really very serious
issue, better give
me the solution if not Thn let me know so I can
decide what to do
next. And one more time I am telling this is not
problem with area
network as I am getting network in my different
reliance sim card.
