What has happened to Tata Sky services ?????
Last time also I complained about rude behavior of one of your associate but did not see any change in people’s attitude there .
Among DTH services Tata sky service is the pathetic one, I had been trying to reach customer care since yesterday for complaint in my STB.
Your Customer care number is chargeable and IVR is the most complicated one and I had to waste almost 50 Rs to get connected to your center.
Attitude of the associates is not right, calls are getting disconnected and customers are replied with lot of sarcasm.
Same type of response is given by Escalation desk as well, I would request you to hear all the calls which I made to customer care yesterday and I leave this decision to you
“Will you change your team’s attitude or you want me to change your connection”???
