I bought an Dzire ZXi new model in april 2012. AN year later I discovered that it had a faulty rear beam ( Dead Axle) which keeps on making churning sounds. The maruti workshops themselves have pointed out at the faulty part. But even after running from pillar to post, the company has been dilly dallying in changing the part for almost two years, which is really ridiculous. I'm surprises by such a callous and unfriendly attitude of the company of that caliber.
