However, I have not received the product till date. I have communicated with snapdeal (help@snapdeal.com) regarding delivery of product. The response every time I got was that within a day or two, the product will be delivered. I have registered a Complaint Number: 2995287 with them, but till now, the issue has not been resolved.
I have asked further via email that if my product is not getting delivered within stipulated time, you may cancel the order and credit the money back to my account. However, that also has not been implemented.
On calling the customer care I have been told that the dispatch can only be canceled if it is delivered to you, and by Saturday (31.08.2013) or latest by Monday (02.09.2013), the product will reach me. As a matter of fact, this has also been proved wrong.
