No response from Snap Deal online Shopping

I have purchased a product which came faulty. i have registered a complain to its customer care. also written several mails but no response came from their end. after number of attempts to customer care i have been given no. of commitements but then also since last 1 week no action has been take.
Please suggest necessary action.
