I am travelling from jaipur to gorakhpur by train and my train no is 19479 S9 birth number 62time is 5.00 PM and in evening train coach have no light facility and my logged with me. my one logged bag is theift . it have my laptop dress and some book. then i want my all logged which is theift . ih has approximate 70000 rs coast.It happen due to mo light in train coach.I am also complaned on toll free 1800111139 number .the one guys say we are unable to help u. So i claims all amuont through this fourem.
So kindly help me
