MTS WIFI PLUGIN DEVICE NOT WORKING

Hi Team,

My data card number is : 8648936897

Recently I purchased a MTS WIFI plug-in device but it is not working properly.
The WIFI signals are so weak that I am not able to connect a single device and when I am logging in through laptop the speed is so slow that it takes 10 mints to open a search page.

When I complained in call center they are not taking the complain and said that place where I am using the device is a low coverage area.

Now my question is if the area is a low coverage area why do you people sell me that device there , when I mentioned my address clearly in your forms???

Kindly do something in this regard or take the device back and refund my money as soon as possible.
