I am new MTS user in Vadodara ( Harni)
Data card's working Speed is only 9kbps - 30kbps. but plan is 9.8mbps. Fraud network.
Regarding this i've raised complains 2 weeks back, but poor response and worst support from technical support. At time of demo it was excellent speed and after purchasing wifi dongle on the base of demo speed, not even connect continue nor surfing properly.
Neither local marketing guy nor customer care service provider want to fix the issue.
MTS is there to steal peoples money.
Worst customer support. As I am non technical person but not illiterate , He asked me to make call back by support of some technical person..
