THis company is a fraud company and prior to earning of cashbacks it did not notify that the usage of cashbacks would be restricted to a very little area not widely used by customers-my friends and relatives are losing their earned cashbacks since they are allowing the burning of it to local stiores only and that too upto Rs.50 monthly and only 20 transactions per month including scratch cards which are hardly available and useless since burning 50 Supercash they give hardly 40% till 75%.
They are devicing policies unawares to eat up our money-my friends and relatives are incurring losses of more than 10K due to their stupid policies and they think themselves to be great -their cashbacks have a vague meaning with expiry dates-would request the indian govt. to intervene fast and stop such a company along with refund of Supercash to wallet and allow the wallet to be used like in earlier times-the company is following unfair trade practices and nobody is intervening-really strange !
