mental harrasment from nestaway technologies staff

Complaints about nestaway rented accommodation and the harassment we are facing from there staff people.
1. Water problem – it takes 60 minutes to fill 15 ltr bucket in bedroom-1, and in bedroom-2&3 water doesn’t come, we have called society plumber various times but the problem is still intact. This problem is present in all rooms. earlier there was water available in kitchen but now drain water comes in kitchen , we have conveyed this message to nestaway but they are not willing to listen to us.
2. Fan – all fan regulators don’t work, there are 3 fans in drawing room out which only one works , rest 2 don’t work. In bedroom-1&2, fan makes high noise, in bedroom-3 fan runs at very low speed because of faulty regulators
3. Washroom for bedroom-3 is in awful state and there is also leakage in the pot,and after repeated complains still there is no action
4. Store room has junk of house owner- old refrigerator, geyser, broken wooden stairs many more things which needs to be cleared, but from past 6 months nestaway is not able to clear this junk
5. Maintenance charges are adjusted in our rent and all society maintenance charges has to be paid by the house owner, but the maintenance staff every week troubles us and we have conveyed this message to nestaway , but still the problem is still intact
6. Inverter backup- it runs for 3-4 hours only and 2 fans and 2 tube lights are ON , it is always charging, which accumulates our electricity bill.
7. Almirahs – all almirahs can be opened with a single key, so where is our security and privacy we are still guessing that.
8. Bedroom -1 can’t be locked from inside as there is no lock provided.
9. There is no mirror in washroom no.-3.
10. There is no exhaust fan in kitchen
11. There is no plenty of light in kitchen, drains are choked , even our neighbours have also complained to Nitin(area manager) but still problem is still intact.
12. AC in every room makes noise, windows vibrate
13. There is no exhaust fan in kitchen.
14. Kitchen door , bedroom doors are damaged with termites, but still no action is taken by nestaway.
I would also complain about the area manager Mr. Nitin, who always says “ we are in service industry and we are there to help you” but he never fulfils his commitments , and after repeated complaints from last 2 months not of our single problem is solved. We raise complain tickets but they close the ticket without solving our problems, they are not even concerned to ask whether our problem is solved or not. Or do we have any feedback for them.


Electricity bill details :-
a. Jan – units consumed -1
b. Feb – units consumed - 59
c. Mar – units consumed - 3
d. April – units consumed - 345
e. May – units consumed - 540
Arrears from nov-dec 2015 was around 12000Rs , we have rented the flat from 10th Jan-2016, but nestaway people- karamveer are presurising us to pay that amount , or they will deduct this amount from our security deposit, more over for bedroom-3 , 250 units bills has to be paid by nestaway as our roommate stayed with us for 40-45 days and his share has to be deducted from his security deposit with nestaway.
Our question for nestaway is if we have rented the flat from jan-10-2016 we are liable to pay the bill after that date but they are forcing 20000Rs charges on us.
We have not received any positive response from nestaway till date, they always call saying your problem will be solved within next48 hours but for past so many months there 48 hours are not over.
