One of the pathetic companies to buy product with.its been more than a month since the fraud company hasn't refunded back a meagre rs 995

The tele executive guys calls me up and tell me that I want refund then it call only be refunded in a nationalised bank. .take it or leave it....wow what a service
Every time I call up the company the executive say they will refund in10 days...but this has been on going for the last 10 days.
Better buy it from flipkart or Amazon...atleast they respond....
