Irctc Ticket booked but not generated

Dear sir,
I have Booked the e.Ticket from my Computer
today. From Madras to Bangalore leaving on
30.5.2013 . Payment made through Bank of India
net Banking. The amount of Rs. 146.00 has
been debited from my account immediately. The
Debit advice SMS received as acknowledge from
Bank of India.
But there is no SMS or Email from Irctc so far.
I have checked the Booked History using
Code, absolutely there is nothing details.
In such case How to know whether the Ticket
is confirmed or not how retrive it? If not
How to recollect my payment?
Pls help me. Actually I have to book the return
Ticket also. Getting single Ticket from
Irctc through e.ticket is big problem though
Green initiative taken by the Government. (without paper)

You can login to IRCTC and click "My Transactions" menu on the left. You will see a link "Refund Status of Failed Transaction". This will help you to trace the reason for the failure which in turn will guide you to take further steps whether to approach IRCTC or the bank, etc...
