I have booked a ticket for my family on 27th March 2015 for the travel on 26th May 2015 which is 2
month advance(PNR No- 6639397400 ). I have booked the ticket in AC
2 Tier as I wanted my family to travel in a better class and I had two small kids travelling along with
us. One of 6 months and one of 4 years. We booked AC 2 as the seats there are wider and we can easily
accommodate the kids. On the date of travel i.e. 26th May 2015 at around 6.00 PM I got a message that the class of
my ticket has been changed to 3A and at that time I have already reached the railway station. I had no
choice but to go and board the train. i spoke to station master and he directed me to TTE. TTE said that the same
AC 3 coach came from bangalore and they cannot do anything. He said since your ticket is eTicket- file a TDR to get
the fare difference. I filed the TTR but later - My TDR filed for the refund was rejected saying that TTE certificate is not taken where in the TTE told me
that for paper ticket they give certificate and for E tickets we just have to file the TDR to get the fare difference refunded.
My transaction id was - Transaction ID: 100000199529708 and Cancellation ID: 100000049916570. PNR is 6639397400.
Please get my money back.
