All these are cross verified by irctc while i am created my account. I have using this account for my personal journey and for my family members journey. I never misused this account. Bur recently irctc has suspended my account and now i can't able to book tickets. I have attached file for this. I have sent email to irctc customer care. But they are not given proper respond and said create another account with new Email and mobile numbers. I don't have any other mobile numbers. I requested to irctc please allow to booking availability from my account. But, they are not accepted. Once again i am giving confirmation from my side i never misused this account. Please give instruction to irctc to allow booking availability from my account which is given above.
