I have bought 55" intex tv on Dec 2016 & suddenly a few days ago, while watching the tv , display deformed.
We tried our best by plug in /out wires connected to tv, but nothing happened.
Then we called to Customer care & they fix their executive to check & analyse on chargeable basis.
We were ok for it. After analyzing by their team, they conveyed that tv display has been damaged & need to change with new one or get repaired.
How abruptly displayed deformed & executive told repair will cost 7000/- & new display 40,000/- .
Company need to look & fix the issue on FOC basis.
If things turn like this in 3 years , then it a big issue to think at the time of purchasing intex products.
