INSTITUTE FOR JOINING S/W Testing

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me which is the BEST institute to Join S/W testing?
I have heard abt QSpiders, STC etc...I want to join in an Institute where I get gud knowledge abt the Subject and also can be assured Job placements.
Plz suggest me a gud institute, if u can tel me one in CHENNAI, it'll be nice.
