Goverment urge on bullet train to run on indian track but are they serious..train no 12303 poorva express was scheduled to be depart from hwh at 8 in mrng..thn it got reschudled to 10.35..i mean y d the hell is ths happing..what is making indian railway go so wrong..i wonder what kind of bullet train is goverment planning for..
