Ignorance and Negligence for Refund - Snapdeal

Dear Consumer Forum,
Hope you are doing good !

I had ordered 2 Spykar Jeans with Order ID 9933447621 for Rs 5000/- ( 2499 each ) in the month of November 2015, which was not delivered. Hence upon non delivery of order, the Snapdeal team informed me that the refund was initiated.

I didn't got any revert or any status update from Snapdeal. They only asked me to share bank statements after enquiring about the refund status, which i did it several times.

Now again when i tried connecting them, the team is not replying and Ignoring my mails even when i have marked it to Kunal Bahl & Rohit Bansal.

Even both are not replying for the same.

Request your help in getting my refund back which is been pending from Months.
