I have bought Hindware EWC in Ganesh ceramic at Pondicherry worth INR 10000. But it is not working from the beginning. I had a complaint to the store. But they refuse to replace it. They ask me to raise a complaint to Hindware. I also raise a complaint to Hindware customer complaint. But there is no response. I again reached the store and ask about my complaint. But no response. I am following for more than 6 months. Till now no response. Hindware is having very poor customer service.
