UPDATE: INR 9,440.00 debited from HDFC Bank XX4431 on 10-OCT-24. Info: AQB SER CHGS INC GST JUL-SEP2024.
As per my knowledge and permission I have opened account of AQB OF Rs.25000.
Someone has changed my AQB Rs.500000
Which shown on my account online banking
This has done without my knowledge and permission.
My account has balance of Rs.50000 throughout the quarter and previous quarter also i have maintain the same balance and hence there was no charge.
In this july to sept 24 quarter they charge me for non maintaining
I know my capacity to maintain the balance so why would i open the AQB of Rs.5 lakh
I hereby request you reverse the charges asap
And downgrade my AQB TO Rs.25000.
