Havells RO Complaint

Hi Team,

I have purchased Havells UTC Water purifier (67HEG60K00010) on 21/07/2018.

Not an year passed and it is not functioning properly from last 1.5 months. I have complaint the customer care several times from last 1.5 Months. Technician visits and fix it but every next day it stops working. Now they have came into conclusion that pump needs to be replaced, they replaced the part and fixed. However, on the same day there was a short circuit in the house. We logged a complain again this time I got a call from Havells Customer care in order to inform that they need to charge for newer parts and then Technician will visit. I am very much pissed off.

This is really very very annoying. I am not getting any proper assistance and my product is still in Warranty period company is not providing and proper solution to my problem. I am mentally stressed out with this.
