Has been waiting for almost two months

FMPP0516658505 is the tracking number, the delivery date has been extended twice from the courier side. But when I track the item after sometime again is showing the same place no sign of movement at all since 21 August. Second delivery date will be expired by tomorrow. The courier or the seller never send me a update info. Please do something and take neccessary action

airway bill no. 620119269260 is the tracking number and the courier is stuck in vijawada hub since 1 month, after calling multiple times also no one answers the phone call - very very poor service and staff

am not sure why PAN card like important services are using trackon like couriers
