Had a Pathetic experience with Goibibo & Goair. On 5th of May Booked a ticket for Kolkata From jaipur of GoAir from Goibibo for 10th of June. On 8th of June when proceeded for webcheckin then come to know that flight has been cancelled. Tried to connect customer care of Both Goibibo & Goair but both were not available.On visiting jaipur airport the Goair counter was closed. Didn't got any support from both the company, Finally took another ticket from Indigo of more then double the amount for 10th of June from Indigo Counter at Airport. And now it is showing travelled on Goibibo account. PNR NO E3U4FV. of amount 3647/. PNR No for Indigo is BWM6YX & amount was 7913/-. Now i am looking for refund of both the Ticket. Please guide for further course of action.
