I have participated in auction of property published on news paper by Allahabad bank on 12.12.18 and declared as successful bidder.
I have deposited 10% amount of reserved price before e-auction and 15% amount after bidding.
Bank has promised us to give possession on 28.12.18. Also I have applied for loan case for remaining amount under pradhan mantri aawas yojna(PMAY) in same bank. Even, executive from loan department has visited my home for address verification.
Now bank were saying there are some technical issue and property is under dispute so you can take your money by giving application.
When I said that please give me reason in written or mail, they mailed on 11.01.2019 mentioning that” You are requested to deposit remaining 75% amount within 15 days from the date of this letter”.
Orally bank is saying that property is under dispute and other side they are saying to deposit remaining amount.
What I have to do please sort out my issue.
