I was sold a package on 20th Aug.’15 by Online Deals Today which has offer of 4N & 5D accommodation in 3 -5 star Hotels & Resorts across India, Thailand or Malaysia and was offered that if I book my order on the same, I’ll be getting a Sony Xperia Tablet Z2.
As agreed, I made the payment of Rs. 7,999/- on the same day and since then I am waiting for my product delivery. I have received a courier last week which has a paper folder having 3 pages of Holiday T&C, about the usages of form and booking request form only. I tried contacting their all shared numbers but all of them stood unanswered and when I wrote to them their response states by guideline for booking.
I am not getting any response for tablet delivery hence registering a legal complain against the company and individuals who all have spoken to me over phone.. I either want my tablet delivery or money refunded asap.
