I have been customer of Airtel from last 3-4 years. Here is my prepaid mobile number 8971813349. Today, 24-Jun-2015, I recharged a whatsup package of rs. 46, which say 200 MB data usage for 1 month. Once I recharge, and after getting confirmation of successful recharge, I tried enabling my mobile data, I surprised that amount is deducting from my main balance. I already lost almost rs. 15 from my main balance. Now, also scared to use mobile data. I noticed many people logged the same issues, I am worried how they are cheating their customer.
Seems my money is eaten by fraud Airtel. I do not know what to do ? They are making crore by eating from poor people like us.
here is many complains logged my people. I do not know how many victims are there which are unknown.
Please guide me how to get my money and this unnecessary mental torture by this.
Even I sent complain mail to TRAI dated(24-Jun-2014). Also sent Reminder to Airtel but no use.
