Dear team,
Vodafone has generated a fake bill showing some international charges as I have received the calls came from India. But I am travelling from 11th January 2018 and why suddenly I will take those calls in March??? I have true caller Apps installed in my phone and i could see the spam calls from the numbers.
I am now in Vanuatu( a south pacific country)

nd working for telecom vanuatu limited. I have my local number with ISD and internet facilities. I have installed VOIP apps to make calls in India. I have told them several times that I do not need to take or make calls from the India number. This is kept to receive the OTP of my bank transactions only. Still they are not willing to listen to me.
please find attached herewith the screen shots of my call log as your ready reference and will expect your intervention for the same. I will clear the normal charges but not the fake ISD incoming call charges.
I will expect a prompt action from your desk on this.
