Failed transaction amount deducted I raised the complaint for it still no resolve issue

I tried to book a ticket on 15th jan2018 Whose transaction id:100001122125062 but ticket is not generated and status show transaction failed . The ticket prices have been deducted from my paytm wallet and not refunded till now . I raised the complaint for failed transaction. My IRCTC tickets id: is [#7899710] today is 2nd Feb 2018.still not get any kind of response from IRCTC
