EICHER TUTICORIN DEALER MISHANDLING 23.12.2019

Dear Eicher team,

On 31.08.2019 my vehicle register number : TN 69 AD 3308 got spoiled and break down in the road, we have informed this complaint to your tuticorin dealer Haribalakrshna Automobiles. They have taken our vehicles for service by Haribalakrshna mechanics .
At that time the vehicle running 418501 km. After the Engine service we have paid Rs. 136064 wide proforma Gov No: 3021141900475 Dt. 21.09.2019, and take delivery the said vehicle.

After the Eicher service the vehicle has running 15 km only and again got spoiled. The same problem in the engine that is water mixing with engine oil. Immediately we informed to your dealer Haribalakrishna Automobiles, again they take the vehicle for rectify the problem after seeing the vehicle the mechanic and service manager said there is black crack in the engine. And also your dealer Haribalakrishna works manager said we are not responsible for the complaint and sent our vehicle to a local workshop Ayyanar Workshop for the engine problem.

Weather your dealers got trained mechanics or not. Then why they sent the vehicle to private workshop.

Suppose the Ayyanar workshop, Tuticorin is also your service dealer we don’t know please reply us.
