I have given the driving test for both 2 & 4 wheeler in Kondapur RTO office,hyderabad 1 month back. SO far i had nt received the licence. when i went 5-6 times to Kondapur RTO centre where i had taken the test they had given speedpost details like EMS no: EN700438759IN. When i tracked the EMS number it was saying the licence had been deliverd back to RTO attapur branch as my home door was locked. SO i went to RTO attapur branch and enquired about that. They were saying they had nt recived the licence from Post office and given written statement. When i told the same to Postoffice people they also saying the same story that we had deliverd the item. last 1-2 weeks onwards i was roaming like anything and no one was giving proper reply. Please suggest what to do.
