Dont buy appliances Online

Buying appliances that require installation from company is best avoided online. I bought a refrigerator on Snapdeal and it was shipped to me from Gujarat to Kolkata. I still cant figure out why I did it for a few hundred bucks. As my kitchen was not ready I didnt open the package. It was kept all very safely in my house and later upon opening I found that the rear legs of refrigerator and all glass shelves were broken. I know that the time for replacement and returns are 7 days as per policy but my point is that it is not worth buying appliances online. Moreover for service no appliance manufacturing company is keen to support products bought online. it is a nightmare. Please stay away from online shopping of appliances.
