i have cancelled the captioned ticket on 02-09. 10 days lapsed. amount has not been credited to my ac. irctc is giving a passive reply and pointing fingure towards their banker. but in fact banks rectify the technical problems with in 2/3 days. i suspect some thing some where wrong.please probe the matter and arrange for refund of my amount Rs5140/.
