Delay in EPF Joint Declaration Approval and KYC Update

I am writing to bring to your attention the prolonged delay I am facing in getting my Joint Declaration request approved by the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). I raised this request on July 3rd, 2024, via the EPF Member Portal. However, despite multiple follow-ups and grievances raised on the EPF Grievance Portal, I have only received vague responses stating that the process involves a 4-layer approval system and is pending with higher authorities.
Due to this delay, I am unable to update my KYC, which is preventing me from completing the formalities required to join my new employer. I have also visited the KR Puram EPF office twice, but no satisfactory resolution was provided. Now that I have relocated to my hometown, I cannot visit the office personally. Moreover, the provided landline number is not responsive.
The lack of clarity and communication from EPFO has caused significant inconvenience and is affecting my livelihood. I kindly request your intervention to expedite this process and ensure accountability within the EPFO.
