I have received Datawind Akash table in July. In August one day It's shutdown automatically. I called on given number, But, they are not receive my phone. then I send email on their support team. then they called me. I explain my query they said send your device to delhi address. I send oh 23rd Aug'13, now I am calling on their Customer care number 01832581330. from last three week every F*** who is responding my call same dialogue bata rahe hain. "Sir, 1 week mein aapko meel jayega, pls mujhe ek week ka time do" ye dialog main pichale 3 week se sun raha hoon. mujhe bass itna hee bolneka hain k nahi dena mat do. par mujhe hope par mat rakho.
