DAMAGED PRODUCT & False Statements

all false statements....
when you call their all center all rude people ...and cut the phone...
when you call the again to escalate the matter the provide a icing on the cake.....
please look into this what can be done....

complain no :4809509....
the product received is damaged.
the socket pin itself is damaged.
request you to please initiate the refund for the same.
i shop so many time from snapdeal but i have never received such bad product delivery delay with damaged product.
Would like to initiate a SD cash refund for the same.
please find the pic attached for the same.
