Complint Against Vasila Wire Product, Rajkot, Gujarat

Hi,

We have purchased few machines from Vasila wire products from Rajkot, Gujarat. We have committed for 1 years warranty and we have not received any warranty since we have brought the machines. Last 20 days when we brought the machine from them, our all work has shutdown and our Labour & engineer cost are wasting. I have tried to connect them for 50 times but they are not willing to come and correct the errors. Now we have middle of shutting down my 21 days old workshop but not service has been received by us from Vasila.

Please suggest how to deal with this type of wrong company.

Does the warranty cover onsite visit too? I suggest you send them a notice before filing your complaint in the consumer forum. You should get back the cost of machines at the least.
