Sub :- complaint against confirmed COD(cash on delivery)order cancellation , order I'd :- AB356508 dated 16/07/14
Sir I have purchased one item from askmebazaar.com on date 16/07/14 amount 1099 rs order I'd AB356508 , But today(13/08/14) at 03:45pm. I have received a call from sonu customer care executive( 011-66200200 )They told me that your order ( AB356508 ) has been cancelled REASON( ORDER OUT OF STOCK).
so I requested them to mail me in writing to avoid any doubts, but she totally refused for giving any written communication.
