I am VIJAY SINGH, My Mobile no. is- 9456007370. I have port in to airtel from BSNL, expecting that airtel will provide me the better service i comparison to BSNL.
But when i port in to airtel i m not able to recharge my airtel no. in any way, i have tried to recharge with airtel reacharge vouchers as well as flexi, also i have tried different retailers to recharge my no.
also i m not able to message, as well as not able to talk to customer care.
I contacted to airtel customer care about 15-20 times, your customer care executive every time provide me the new compalin no. and said that u will get solution from our complain team in within 2 working days. Every time i contacted to airtel they always said same thing thing that you will receive a call from airtel but i have not yet received a single call back from airtel. I m facing this provlem from last two months. Sir, i request you to please give me the solution because i trust airtel and still expecting airtel will provide me the better service.
