Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed order for the order to Royal Image suggested by HDFC bank as below mention order. On 8th Jan 14 also I have made payment them through my credit
For follow-up of order I have called to customer center but they have told me that the order has cancel by the customer.
But I have not cancel this order .
Now they have told me that the order is canceled and your amount will be reimburse after 15 days .So this is clear cheating by company that they have used my money for the more than 20 days also wasted my time .Still I have not get the refund of amount.
So I want to charge the Rs.10000/- on the company for wested my time and money .
