Dear Team,
With reference to my early emails, Realme TV has made lot of promised to me that we are constantly working on my request but result is still a big 0. How disgusting, first they all are making defective products in our country and when as a customer some one purchased REALME product THESE guys harassing again and again a giving fake promised.
I already described them about my problems in last to last email, as an action, they sent another damaged display panel whose screen resolution is 1280 X 920, which is utter nonsense. Actual resolution of my RealmeTV is 1920 1080. This is not the customer service i expected from realme.
Please, take the appropriate action as soon as possible otherwise. I’m attaching herewith some annexures for your kind perusal/references: -
Annexure-I : Bill
Annexure-II : Actual Resolution of my Ralme TV 43’”
Annexure-III : Resolution details of a damaged part which provided by you and your service engineer.
