I have been using a postpaid plan of Unlimited calls for local and STD along with free roaming (incoming+outgoing calls) from one of Network operator Airtel.
in my recent bill, they have charged some amount mentioning special number
1860-180-1290 (SBI credit card department) call charges.
they confirmed that it is as per trai guidelines that even if having plan of unlimited calls to these special number will be charged.
Is it really a trai guidelines ??
