CARRIER WORST AC AND CONSUMER SERVICES

I have purchased carrier air conditioner on 05.04.2016 . Just after installation i have noticed that ac was not doing cooling and compressor was also emitting lot of noise so i called an engineer from company . After doing all his investigation engineer agreed that my ac is defected as compressor is not working and said you do not worry company will replace it with new one. But now its been more than one month in between i filled lot of complaints on customer care , send many emails to company also had talked with company's manager several times but no one has turned up to me with a solution to an issue. So i request all of you to not to buy carrier products so that in future they think several times before cheating to his customer. And also find a solution to my problem as soon as possible.
