The above landline no. and broadband connection is out of order since 2nd January and I have registered 10 complaints on email 1500haryana@bsnl.co.in and pg_spt@bsnl.co.in, who in turn always reply "Your Complaint has been escalated to our technical team and it will resolved soon and your complaint no. is 1017174870" and yesterday I spoke to GM Mr.N K Goyal on his mobile who asked me to send sms which was sent and also reminded today.
It is regretted I have not received any response from the concerned authority.
