We would like to bring your kind attention to the fact that Bharti Airtel Limited having Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) L74899DL1995PLC070609 and its registration number is 70609. Its Email address is compliance.officer(at)bharti.in and its registered address is Bharti Crescent 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, Phase II, New Delhi DL 110070 INDIA has failed to refund an amount of Rs. 7974/- within 60 days from the date of disconnection of our Corporate Broadband Services in the name of Best IT World India Private Limited, Guwahati, LogicalID/Circuit Id is : -6714796 ()/BWOR-ILP-001, & our Customer Account No. 70616497 against our full and final settlement with Bharti Airtel Limited.

As per TRAI Guidelines all Telecom Operators are mandatorily required to REFUND any amount lying with themselves within 60 days of disconnection of services failing to which THEY HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT WITH AN INTEREST OF 10% p.a FOR THE ENTIRE DELAYED PERIOD OF REFUND. BUT IT HAS TAKEN BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED FULL 719 DAYS (APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS) TO REFUND OUR FINAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT that too without any INTEREST for the delayed period as per TRAI Guidelines and rules. Bharti Airtel has not followed TRAI Guidelines and has been found in NEGLIGENT IN RENDERING SERVICES in our case.

So, we request you to take appropriate actions on this against Bharti Airtel Limited who has been found NEGLIGENT in rendering services to us which has caused huge problems/damages caused for our business including Financial Loss & Mental Harassment because of the delayed payment and non payment of Interest for the delayed refund. Our day to day business has been hampered due to allocation of human resources to make appropriate mails and follow ups for getting the refund from Bharti Airtel Limited.

We want Bharti Airtel Limited to compensate us with

1) The amount of Interest as per TRAI Guidelines for the delayed payment made to us which has taken nearly 2 years. and

2) Compensation due to problems/damages caused for our business including Financial Loss & Mental Harassment because of the delayed payment and non payment of Interest for the delayed refund. Our day to day business has been hampered due to allocation of human resources to make appropriate mails and follow ups for getting the refund from Bharti Airtel Limited.

Hope the concerned department will take appropriate actions on our urgent matter.

We had mailed to several Bharti Airtel Officials several times and also had telephonic discussion mANY TIMEs but NO RESPONSE AND NO ACTION is taken at all which is going to complete 2 years now.

1. Are your people working on our issue in spite of mailing since last 2 years ?

2. What is the problem you people are facing in returning our money ?

3. Who is going to compensate us on Loss of Interest amount on those money which are still lying with Bharti Airtel Limited since last 2 years ?

4. Why your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it ?

5. Is Bharti Airtel Limited facing any scarcity of fund since last 2 years because of which it was/is not possible to return the money ?

Let us know your final decision on our refund request which will guide our future course of action in this regards.
